TCIG System Malfunction

Unfortunately, the Turks and Caicos Islands Government are experiencing some technical difficulties at this time. Electronic receipts are unable to be generated, and thus electronic payments are not being processed via transfer to TCIG bank accounts. The different government departments are issuing Manual Receipt Vouchers to be taken to the Treasury for payment. This has been the norm since 16 December 2024.

The public has not been informed as to when the Government system will be restored.
